Thanks Eric! I love living vicariously thigh your travels! My favorite parts of this video were
    1) the midget bagpiper (5:01)
    2) your awesome hammer throw (6:29) and
    3) meeting Theodorc of York, medieval barber (7:45)
Hoped you learned some real history of Stirling Castle (not that Hollywood fantasy stuff!)
    Enjoy your trip!

Thanks Joseph! We did learn quite a bit more about Mel Gibson (William Wallace) than we knew previously. As well as other bits of Scottish history. Thanks for watching.

And great classic SNL reference there. The crew didn't get any better than that!

Everybody commented on them... You could open a Kiosk and sell them in Inverness... Nessie for the ears!

You must have been standing very near to Zach and Annie, a Scottish husband and his American wife who have recently relocated to Scotland and filmed the parade from exactly the same place as you did at the same time. Same shop fronts and everything.

Wish I knew who they were, would have been fun to chat. I had a perfect view standing in front of a parked car so they literally passed an arms length away. Spectacular sound and sight as they played through town and made the corner toward the recreation field.

Beautiful, as long as keep out the central belt , except the Clyde valley, and other spots that only locals know 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

That would be a mistake for any tourist because Scotland's Central Belt covers Clydeside (including Glasgow), the Lothians (including Edinburgh), Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire. So much of Scotland's heritage and scenery to see and, fortunately, they managed to visit Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and the Kelpies. 🙂
