16:53 'I don't wanna mention brands or anything like that because we're not in the brand business here' whilst doing a 30 minute video on how good the 'Kong' brand is! 😂😂😂😂 Absolutely brilliant! Another great video, keep up the good work!
Oh man, I’m only 5 minutes in and I’m in stitches laughing. It’s great to see the ‘non-training mode’ Robert. Black Kongs all the way for my girl. Those things are indestructible.
You're right about that, my pittie loves her kong she's an aggressive chewer and certainly tries to destroy it but it's still in one piece, my boxer uses the red one because she's not a super chewer also the way her mouth is it's perfect for her, but my girls love their kongs as well😊
Same here about the laughing. But my Plott Girl still hasn't destroyed her puppy Kong. Well, she is still a puppy. But she doesn't chew on rubber anyway. Wood, sticks, and hard stuff yes, but she doesn't chew on rubber.
To the 15 People wich gave this video a dislike: so you actually like anything in your life or are you just miserable the whole day? That was literally half an hour3 of fun and joy for me to watch....I
I laughed through this whole video! Thank you! I had a Dutch Shepherd who would catch the whipped cream in the air. He would come running when he heard me shake the can! You are truly wonderful to share how to keep our dogs happy and healthy.
Thank you for this Robert. We have done this with peanut butter for a long time but I never thought of bananas or whipped cream. I’ve always tested the whipped cream like you do too, but have felt guilty about it in the past. Thanks for freeing me of that guilt and making me realize it’s almost like eating health food.
11:22 *HIS FACE* The moment he realized it.... and some seconds later when the banana was moving; *the moment* he was looking at it and utterly speechless and scandalized by "his" -or the banana's in this case actions. I'm speechless too, (and I don't know why) but him standing dressed with his socked feet like that make this utterly priceless
Awesome, funny video, & extremely helpful! I just recently adopted a heartworm positive 7 year old lab that has the energy level of a 2 year old lab! I have always used kongs, but when we were sentenced to a month long crate rest for part of our treatment, I was looking for some more ideas & Kong recipes to keep my energetic boy entertained & calm. The different ideas used in this video have helped keep Jackson interested in the kongs & not bored during this hard time!
I stuff my dog's kong then smear peanut butter at the tips, then freeze them. I'd keep a whole variety in the freezer. I've used a mix of kibble, berries, pumpkin, wet food, crushed/ broken dog biscuits, etc. Every time I would leave the house, she'd get one. I should get back to doing that.
In the end of the video when you give them to your dogs, it's nice to see how big they are, but which sizes did you give - L or XL? Just trying to figure out what size to get my hovawart.
I love the pumpkin idea, definitely going to try it. Thanks! I make plain bone broths (chicken or beef bones in the instant pot) and add it to the kibble to put in kongs. I leave it to soak for a bit longer than you do and then he gets the left over kibble-broth right away (kong when I leave or we have people over).
YES, I use Greek yogurt (thicker) with. high grade dog kibble & freeze them for my 4 dog happy bed crate time! Magic! Add extra goodies at top sometimes, like chicken or beef.
One more thing funny man, I want to THANK you for helping me with my newest rescue, Rosie ( also called Beany Baby) who was rescued as a Siberian Husky ( we used to sled dog race) but after getting her I did get a hold of the rescue DNA from foster ppl. She is also half Malinois. I was totally uneducated as to this breed and characteristics. Their energy and intelligence amazes me. They are a bit hyper but huskies can be too! Thanks for your help, love’n this breed too! Learning a lot about myself also. Hehe
Outstanding video Robert! I love the humor added to a great informative demonstration. I stopped halfway through it to go grab my Kongs and fill them up so my GSD would be entertained while I finished watching. Keep up the great work. Wish I could spend a day with you.
I’m super late to the party on this video but I only found your channel a couple of months ago so I’m still gonna comment. I’ve been having a rough time with my PTSD which has been affecting my training for my assistance dog (this is what we call service dogs in Australia) in training, I’ve even had to switch supermarkets because I started having panic attacks whenever I went shopping, but watching you in the kitchen has really lifted my spirits and made me smile. I didn’t think I’d even be capable of that today so thank you so much 👌🏽❤
Laughing all the way through whilst learning something new, the best and only way to learn. You sir, are my favourite new person. You actually remind me alot of my uncle, good memories. Thanks for the great video, subbed and belled
The black Kong is indestructible! My 110 lb girl also slammed them down on the floor to empty them. Great filling ideas. So very fun and funny to see you so relaxed and fooling around. Had me howling at the antics. Thank you!! 😂😂🤣
This is by far one of your best videos. Keeping it real and raw...absolutely love it. My wife and I were laughing so hard we had tears in our eyes. Keep being you brother....cheers
Omg, your hilarious! This the first video I've watched on your channel. Great tips! I just got a Goldendoodle puppy a few days ago. The Kong is a lifesaver!
I can actually see my dog getting conflicted when I give him a kong.... One one hand he loves to get one.. but on the other hand he knows it means I am leaving so he basically looks at me leaving.. then back at his kong... not knowing if he wants to follow me or get his treats... usually chicken
What a great video !! Lovely to see you and the dogs in ‘relaxed mode’ !! I use a Kong for my young Mali when he’s left using some of the ingredients you use - I freeze it and take it out half an hour before I’m due to leave. But he still kicks up a fuss after we’re gone - our lovely understanding neighbors have told us - and we were finding he only wanted to eat the Kong once we had returned. We don’t allow him to do this as I want it to be a treat for him when we leave him, which to be fair isn’t often. He is getting better, just keep pushing g forward with him and not giving in.
@@RobertCabralDogs thanks. i was told that they cant handle them before 3 months.. today i will buy some to try to start to train her.. thanks for your great videos
When Robert couldn't find a word for a group of Kongs, I think he was looking for the word "Kongregation."
Lovely stuff. X
😂😂😭😂😂😂
“Elite dog trainer gets stoned and fills kongs with phallic jokes, a grand old time”

You can see he is just having TOO much fun prepping the Kongs. Love this guy

I often wonder about those people too. 😝
They are call CAT OWNERS

I was rolling on the floor during the banana segment. So glad you didn’t edit it out. Great tips, Robert.
Extra thumbs up for the "don't feed your dog vegan" comment 👍👍
Glad I'm not the only one that appreciated that comment!
I agree except I do have a dog that is allergic to all meat but chicken lol so there may be an exception sometimes lol
The poor dogs are like, "Why is he talking so much?? Stop teasing and give us the kongs!"
I’m seeing a whole new side of this guy 😂😂😂😂
“I’m creative, I’m entertaining” and humble! 😂

Loving how much fun Robert had with the innuendo in this video

Some dogs are food motivated, some play motivated. Looks to me like some dog trainers are whipped cream motivated ;-)
a little bit of whipped cream ! ahahahaha
this is basicly the KETO diet happening in here !
Lol love it
This was extremely hard to watch without laughing my kongs off.
This video!!!🤣🤣🤣 the banana just kinda pokes its little head out of there 😂😂😂
Been watching this channel for ages and just found this video. How funny is this? Brilliant.
I loved watching the dogs being so attentive!! Great video!
Just delightful! Great ideas. Thanks!

Can you use BLACK Kongs for 3+ month old Cane Corso Puppy?
What a great video !! Lovely to see you and the dogs in ‘relaxed mode’ !!

Ha! Hilarious! I love all your training videos, but this one was extra fun! Bananas 🤣🍌
I’m using these to crate train my puppies but there is always dried stuff left in the bottom. Maybe their tongues can’t reach?
Nice dachshund figurine over the sink. Love the doxies!
Oh man. This video is fantastic. It's awesome to see you with your dogs in a non working environment.
