Sounds like a mix between So What by Pink, The Passenger by Iggy Pop and their own song Holiday. Its a catchy tune, but i cant get past the fact it just sounds like a mix of those 3 songs
I'm not a huge Green Day fan too. But in my opinion they have a really good live performances!! Really good energy and sounds amazing!!! Have a nice week Ash!!!!❤
Check out their video for Dilemma off the new coming record it’s in drop D and pretty heavy different sound then usual pretty dark content too about Billie Joe’s addiction and mental health issues
I think the new songs sound really cool, I’m glad they sound a bit more like their classic sound, reminds me of Iggy pops passenger, the other songs sound pretty cool, you should do a video for dilemma or look ma, no brains!! 🤘🤘 btw another band you should check out is Suicide Machines
Their new releases are such return to form. I can't wait for Saviors, will definitely be an epic comeback album. This track is probably the weakest of the four singles, and that's saying something cause it's a banger 🤙 Also if you haven't seen Green Day live, definitely tick that one off your list at some point. They know what it means to put on a rock show.
Awesome Reaction Video Ash Happy Thursday hope You're doing well My friend Your hair and black lipstick looks absolutely gorgeous as always hope You're doing well My friend You're the best and I love you so so much this video made my day 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
I've liked Green Day since they came out but for me almost every song has sounded the same or similar since the 2000's. So you can throw in pretty much anything from then on and like you said yeah it's Green Day. That can be good or bad. As always lovely to hang out with you. 🤘🔥🤘❤️🫂
Green day definitely sounds like green day, they can sound a bit samey for me dookie and insomniac always blend a fair chunk as with rev rad etc but they kind of have no choice… everytime they try something different it blows up in their faces… warning was not well received upon release granted time was kind to that album and then look at Father of all… I REALLY don’t feel it was even remotely as bad as people say it is it was just different and people didn’t like it… they change they’re style up and everyone hates it… the fan base is pretty toxic.. but then they release father of all style music under foxboro hot tubs or the long shot or the network and people love it… it’s a catch 22…a long winded way as a green day super fan of saying your right lol.
Green Day were cool for their first couple albums but got a bit formulaic after that. Often becoming massive can be detrimental to the overall feel of a band and personally that's what happened for me.
See this is something that’s never really clicked for me. The size and popularity of a band never effected my own personal taste for a band. I don’t think anyone’s opinion on music should ever be able to effect your own opinion on that music. To me, saying I don’t like them because they’re popular or ‘sellouts’ is the exact same mindset as someone saying I like this music because it’s popular.
Hello, May I request, could you do a reaction video in the song "25 Minutes" played by the danish rock band "Michael Learns To Rock" in your next vid??
Punk isn’t about how hard or fast you play. It’s a lifestyle of anti establishment, and doing what ever you want no matter what everyone else thinks, which is what they’ve upheld for their entire career, despite never explicitly saying they’re punk, and yet earning the respect of many bands that came before them. They’ve always upheld the values that punk has always been about, and they haven’t stopped now.
@@sidewinderrob8364 so did I, and Green Day isn’t Emo you turd. Learn your history of punk. Green Day started in 1987 at Gilman st, legendary punk venue where operation ivy, rancid, offspring and other bands got their start, and have had gained respect of multiple punk bands that came before them. Educate yourself on punk. Your opinion is wrong and based on elitism, and blissful ignorance on what punk is. Please educate yourself. You really have no idea. I grew up on punk, metal, thrash, death metal, and even black metal. Trust me you don’t know what you’re talking about if you’re calling Green Day emo.

Atleast the new album is better than father of all, not saying foa is a bad album it just seem to make some older fans come back after foa incident

I totally agree with you. I never understood the ”happy” punk music. Punk should be angry and loud. 😆
