If you go thorough my series of WPS - I have explained WPS for Structural Steel and piping/pipeline. Writing WPS with all project reference and requirements are basically open book - Only you need to know how to and where to refer I will try to make like live session of preparing WPS in near future
Thanks for your kind response but my concern is the make a video on how to verify wps variable during the testing of procedure qualification.. Then only we can get clear all the confusion and quarry regarding preparation of wps
Sorry for the late response. Requirement of impact hardness tensile depended on the design code and the wps qualification code. For example if the line service is sour gas, hardness and impact is mandatory as per same B 31.8

Hello, when writing wps how do you know if impact test,tensile test or hardness test is required?

Asme B31.8. So you have to thoroughly study international code as well as your clients local codes and standards too
