  • This latest presentation on lateral flow immunoassay development will provide a general overview of lateral flow assays, take you through the components of a typical lateral flow test strip, and will provide you with detail on the different detection methods which are employed. We will also describe how our products and custom services can greatly simplify the development of your lateral flow assay.
This video was produced by Innova Biosciences which is now fully integrated with Expedeon Ltd.

"The lateral flow assay market is predicted to be worth 6 billion by 2020." Weeeel, let's just say a few things happened, this and that, global pandemic, and 6 billion is now just a liiiitle bit of an underestimate.

Hi! I'm studying biomedical engineering and I'm working on my project of grade with lateral flow immunoassays, I was watching the video and I want to know, how is the process like to immobilize the antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane? Thanks

why does the control line always stay positive even when the blood sample is not added?

The control line represents the CL antibody reacting with the antibody on the detecting conjugate. It is sample-independent. This line should show up whenever any liquid medium allows the conjugate to flow past the control line.

If you don't use gold conjugate in test then you fond not any line
