For the initial design, was it a regular 1080x1018 px? My main concern is about the resolution when you blow it and cut it for the Instagram grid. Did you lose any resolution? PD: There is an option for grid layout in the premium version, still trying to figure out which route is best. Thanks for the video!
Great question! Yes, it was 1080 x 1080 pixels. You can 10X that if you want so you keep really great resolution. It seems to look pretty good on insta.
Sweet - thank you for taking the time to make this and educate us.
Thanks for sharing this, Jennifer!!
07:42 (!!) is where she actually starts to explain what we came here for
There's an intention with everything ;) And for the people who don't need to know why etc, cool!

HI there,
Would this work for carousel covers (if that's such a thing!!). I'm looking to create 9 carousels in a static grid and I'm a total novice!
Definitely!! You'd just use these panels as the FIRST image in each of your carousels
You totally could!
I attempted this...unfortunately there's no way to show exactly where the thirds are so it didn't line up perfectly.
@@meredithkatz1729 it's a bit of guessing and you can also look at the image and use it to identify where the 3rds are
