In the manga Alexia tricked us into thinking Cid actually became a romcom protag, only to do a rugpull on us later. Here, they just show us from the start that she's scheming something (with that shaded face and all). Also his 2 mob friends dont look as pissed here than they are in the manga.
Overall I think they presented this part pretty well. Cid's VA really working hard out here lmao.
Well its nexus. So far they’ve done a decent job but still they skipped a lot of lore. Since its an isekai anime, I genuinely felt that silverlink should ve been the one handling it given their isekai track record but i guess they are already focusing on misfit of demon king academy.

@@anantmohan1769 For Misfit I don't like their chosen VA for Anos. It's not bad but it's to much for his character. The previous did a better job at expressing his character while still sounding like the character's age.

The guy wanted to be a hero from the shadows and went full bodybuilder and martial artist in order to gain strength, he even tried to tap into black magic or something like that which obviously didn't exist before he isekaied and resulted not only in failure but he death by the truck kun

Lmfao whenever I hear Kirito’s voice,I will instantly think, ‘Ok this is the main character for sure’ but the fact it’s his friend’s voice so Cid could be the mob character that blends in with others is genius! Technically his va is at best voicing all the side characters so I barely even recognised him. 😂
To all of the “Anime Only” out there…the madness has YET to begin! All of this is merely a prelude to some of the funniest and craziest shit you have ever watched! IF they adapt the source materials correctly, this series will take it’s place right next KONOSUBA and OVERLORD.

Alexia's seiyuu is the same as Saegusa's in "Irregular in Magic High School" anime
She's freaking Kanazawa Hana. She's voiced many famous anime including DEmon slayer. Mitsuri is voiced by her. Nadeko from Monogatari is voiced by her.

Im actually shooketh. Alexia has more bratty energy in the manga and I loved her a lot for it. It's gonna take me a while to get used to this Alexia but I still like her. This version is a lot more rigid but she's still cute, still just as much of a spitfire hehehe

manga and anime has tons of difference.
Source of material in this anime from the LN not manga .Though I read manga is more comedy side parody than LN dark+comedy+parody .Anime will really have change thing up in the manga do not get hopes up when it will felt different from the anime. Manga just there to see how mc act and respond to the plot with a art while reading it. LN you see a lot of content with his monolugue+ a lot detail not skip how mc become op + awesome illustration.
Yup, the LN has a different feel to it. So when i was reading the manga and then switch to LN it feels really weird like it has more detail and less comedy, I still like it tho.

This episode was not great but not terrible either, hoped they somewhat let Cid explain how'd he planned his mob confession in detail. Kinda disappointed I didn't saw his *"DAMN STRAIGHT"* line when picking up the coins.

But you will soon understand that he does not go out of his way to do 'heroic' or 'noble' actions simply because they are 'just'. He has his own agenda and follows them whether they be considered despicable or just.
