How exactly is this scam supposed to work? What purpose is there to stay on the phone while you drive to the courthouse? Once you get to the courthouse then what? Is this person going to be there in person waiting for you? I mean, if you go in to pay your fees they won't have a clue what your talking about. sooooo....
