I was so excited tonight when my ogbono was bubbling like ofe jere UNN. I couldn't contain my joy I had to call my hubby to come and see o o o. Thank you Mrs. Flo.

I learned to cook Ogbono in 2015 from watching Flo Chinyere's video (I picked hers over a ton of videos on RUclips because it comes closest to, if not the same as, how my late mom used to cook hers) and ALL my Ogbono soups since then have drawn very well. In fact, I struggle to add water to achieve the consistency that I want and I buy my Ogbono here in the US. If you follow what she says, you will get the same results as hers. Thanks Aunty Flo. I went to UNN myself. Maybe you'll show us how to cook fio fio (native Nsukka dish). :) :) :)

I am an American woman who lives in the us and married to a Nigerian. I see these dishes and I wish I could make them for my husband. I know he misses his native food but my problem is finding some of the ingredients. Maybe one day I can get those to make him these dishes. Love your channel.

Look for a Nigerian store or an African store. Ask them for ingredients for cooking ogbono soup. Buy garri as well surprise him one day.
