    I liken that as trying to make one arm with two arms. If you look at any swing machine, the builders don't make it with two arms. They use one arm and attach the club to it. If you think of yourself as that one-armed swing machine, you aren't as likely to have that trail arm fly out at the top of the backswing.

    great simple tip.....is it possible to create too much tension ( by squeezing my arms together too much ) when remembering to do this on the course?...thanks

    John Rahm has wide chicken wing elbows at the top of his backswing, then after impact his elbows are much closer together
