The best advice you gave me personally is that other peoples opinions DONT matter and you keep doing what you love. So many people would kill to look like you and you are such a beautiful human inside and out. We have to accept change and growth and healing. This is temporary not forever. ❤❤❤

Montana, as a 28yr old (now) fit mother who went from 124lbs to 170lbs pregnant to then 98lbs due to stress to NOW a healthy 135lbs.. our bodies are always changing. With OR without kids our bodies are always changing! It took awhile for me to learn to love and appreciate my body in all forms. You are beautiful!! And your heart is even more beautiful. Don't allow the enemy to fog your mind and fill it with doubt. Continue to work and progress yourself! The more you stress about what you want to change about yourself, the less present you are in that exact moment. Sending you love and prayers 🙏🏼♡ You are a good man Ryan!

Montana I've been watching you guys since right before you guys moved out of your parents houses and have watched every single one of your videos (some multiple times), and I can genuinely say that you look so happy and healthy and I don't think your body has significantly changed at all. You're still so beautiful and so fit and someone I look up to and wish to be like when I grow up. Never forget that your best is enough and you just went through something major and cant expect recovery to be linear.
