- There's limited space in the front of the pajero mini, especially after installing the winch recently, so today benny finds a way to squeeze in both a power steering cooler and a fan before testing it all out in the bush.

Benny's Custom Works brings you everything automotive!
Weekly Episodes right here on RUclips, as well as the shop with new & used performance parts for most Japanese makes and models.
Benny makes this stuff look like a walk in the park. Please consider the risk factors and talk to a qualified mechanic, as well as a psychologist, if you’re thinking of attempting anything you’ve seen on the show.
Take into consideration your safety, the safety of others, as well as your vehicle’s best interests- warranty, etc.
Unless you’re trained & qualified to do so, we don’t recommend modifying your vehicle in any way. Stickers don’t add HP unless installed correctly.
Saddest part is that Mark isn’t continuing his work. Love his work and his channel.
That Little 4WD becoming a BEAST
Bloody hell, Barrel Brothers did an excellent job on your rims, should organise a colab with the other 4x4 channel, great video Benny
That fan would be a good idea on that intercooler
Yes, good idea. I’ll take some measurements
Coming along nicely, love how the wheels turned out
this rig is slowly getting so useful
Love the wheels! They look magic!
Nice work Benny, she's turning into a sweet little unit.
The wheels turned out mint 👌
Mini content 🙌, I'm learning all the mods I can do to my mini
Should feature on the greatest 4x4 channel on the internet. 😅
Nice! I love that
Would love to see the mini pajero take on some more decent trails 😁
We’re planning on it soon. I want to make sure it’s usable before travelling 3 hours to tackle some trails though
Looking forward to it !!@@BennysCustomWorks
Kinda wish we had more Kei cars in Australia
They wouldn’t be cool if they were common 👌
Pretty easy to import them now
Turned out great.
please tell me you, marty, moog, al and woody are going to go on a 4wd camping trip sometime, that'd be amazing
Hopefully
I’d second that
Nice work
I think BMW radiator fans are only manufactured in "puller" configuration.
Also, good work with the Jetstar handcuffs (zipties)
Those wheels 👌
Can you help us figure out a better intercooler?
Benny, it’s always better to winch from the side and not from straight on. That keeps you out of the path of the rope/hook/clevis, should the rope tension go away (rope or anchor point breakage).
Does that mean Barrel Brothers aren’t doing wheels anymore?
Yes unfortunately :(
@@BennysCustomWorks I must have missed the news but how come they stopped? Do we know?
I think Mark covered it in one of his vids. But from my experience, people just aren’t spending money on any non necessity items atm so it’d be hard to sustain such a big market down turn
@@BennysCustomWorks ahhh understandable. Thanks for the reply Benny, appreciate it mate.
P.S. Keep up the great work with your content! Love what you’re doing mate.
That’s unfortunate, I wish him all the best, clearly a very talented individual
Have you ever dealt with weatherPaks? I swap all those non waterproof fan connectors out with them to keep out the corrosion.
is it worth talking about where the barrel bros machinery went?
It’s all been sold off.
Hey Benny, how does this little beast go on the highway? Does it suit at 100-110km/h easily?
100 is probably the limit without killing it
Why does the thumbnail remind me of the 70s bigfoot photo
Finally got my internet back
My fan burned out & need a replacement. Where did you get this one?
This is a maradyne unit. I got it through Raceworks in Aus
Is the new fan helping with idle ac Temps? Ik that is an issue with most kei cars I've owned
It had a fan originally, I just replaced it
Is that a Bigfoot on the thumbnail?!
Moist
