I just recently dropped my teapot and the whistler cap broke off! Gonna need a new one soon. When I put foods in other containers I cut out the directions from the original container and put it inside the jar so I don't forget how to use them.
My hubby was like "you need to show her yours." He went all out and put in a big one for all my home canned stuff in our new house. He's quite proud of his handy work.
What a great idea using the old linens to store your special things on in the closets. I've had stuff packed in boxes and drawers for so long I forget I have them. I'm going to pull some out and use them as you did. Beautiful!
I love the assorted doilies etc. you put on your shelves. What a nice way to display them. The dresser you refinished, looks terrific in the pantry and a wonderful way to corral the little things. Thanks for sharing, have a blessed day.
I have that White spiral bound Cook book (around 2005) It was one of the first cookbooks I got. I was working at a daycare and they had a book sale and I bought some cookbooks there. My first ones that I bought 💝 I still have it and use it. 💝
Hope you get to sit back relax and enjoy a beautiful finished kitchen soon hun. I can’t even imagine the stress you have been under hun I love what I saw so far and love the cabinet color
Hi Tawra I keep my mixer on the counter on top of a placemat. It makes it easy to move out when I need it and back when I don't. That mixer is super heavy but I love using it.
So nice! I'm saving now with plans to build a pantry in the next few months. I'm planning cabinets on the bottom but open shelves above. I love how you put the linens in! I have so many old collectible linens and now I know how I'm going to get more enjoyment of them!
I have the white dining on a dime cookbook with the spiral binding. The very first one in your row of cookbooks. I actually got it at a thrift store for a dime lol
Awesome job!! Congrats on a beautiful, practical & interesting pantry that's full of precious memories & treasures! What a lovely idea to combine food, memories & beauty together in your pantry! LOVE it! 🥰 Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Super cute and super frugal. You’ve needed something like this for a long time, especially with how much you cook for your family. Hope the contractors finish soon; I know it is super stressful having things out of whack.
That is truly a dream pantry! I love it. Everything you have in there is so awesome and would put in my own house! Really cute pantry and a lot of great storage what a great idea that was to use a hallway that wasn’t of any used to you to create something that really made your life nicer! It really turned out adorable! It never occurred to me to decorate a pantry but now you better believe I’m gonna think about that when I redo mine!
I absolutely loved watching your kitchen pantry make over video! Your pantry brought back good memories of my grandmother's pantry, especially the hutch you keep your towels in. Love it ❤
Absolutely LOVE your pantry! I live in Florida and have no basement, so ALL of my 'stuff' is in my pantry. Needless to say, it is full to the brim with no room really for decorations. But I do try to use cute tubs and baskets to hold everything.
I need that but would need an addition 😂. I got dehydrators and canning stuff on the fridge and closet. Very nice pantry. Love that brilliant idea. Then again could make one in the corner of the living room. More room than I need for a living room. My boyfriend got me my gnome and cat statues. 3 more this week.😂
That came out so nice! I like how you have the doilies and such flowing over the edges of the shelves. Which cookbook are you missing? Is it the volume 2 in red? I have that one🤓
Well it did turn out better than I thought it would as you add more than just food It does help as you have another pantry Here in Queensland we don’t have basements Also I’ve just moved into my sister home My panty the size off a 2 door cupboard It’s a tight squeeze Love the pantry
I love my free cookbook Volume 1 I got several months ago and bought the volume 2 during your March sale and am loving it too I am in Canada So have the E versions
I absolutely love your pantry and how you decorated it! I think it's a wonderful idea Mike! I can tell it makes you very happy, I am so glad you did it. I live in a 1800's farmhouse, they really didn't need or want closets, so I am very jealous! I have gotten very creative with storage, lol.
I am totally in love with your vintage looking pantry. I decorate with doilies and embroidered mats and towels. It pays homage to my Mom. You did a terrific job.
Your pantry looks so nice! Much of it reminds me of a curio cabinet displaying much loved items. I really like the use of the pretty fabrics and doilies. I can imagine how fun it must be to even just step in and look around.
Well, as far as brilliant ideas go Mike you have exceeded all expectations. The kitchen remodel and this project have gone over schedule but my goodness they are worth it. It takes nine months to create a human but you will have created these wonderful spaces in less and you will get to enjoy them for a lifetime.
I would love a huge pantry like that. Love your cute decorations. I like the True Lemon, too and love the True Lime. We sometimes sprinkle it in store-bought pico de gallo (when I’m too lazy to make it from scratch.) But my favorite way to use True Lime and True Lemon is in Koolaid Pie: 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 8-oz container whipped topping, thawed, and 17 packets True Lime or Lemon. Spoon into a graham cracker crust (we prefer Great Value over Keebler). Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. I find it sets up best 24 hours after making.
Will any of the commotion from the remaining remodeling work, pounding--drilling-etc, cause delicate items from your pantry to fall off their shelves and maybe break?

Love your pantry it seems more like a butler's pantry with all your cute stuff than a food pantry.
Very Cute!!! But more like an antique room than a pantry! 😁
What a cute, but practical walk in pantry!
I just recently dropped my teapot and the whistler cap broke off! Gonna need a new one soon.

I love your pantry. Amazing! I especially love how you decorated it, and I love the vintage linens.
And the Kitchen Aid would look great on your butcherblock countertops!
I love the assorted doilies etc. you put on your shelves. What a nice way to display them.
The dresser you refinished, looks terrific in the pantry and a wonderful way to corral the little things. Thanks for sharing, have a blessed day.
Thank you!
A fun, sentimental, beautiful pantry! Love the vintage doilies!😊
Your pantry looks beautiful. What I love most is how you have incorporated all the sentimental items into the decor.

Your pantry is beautiful. I'm glad you've decorated it with all your beloved tchotchkes to enjoy. It looks like a booth in an antique mall!❤

Absolutely LOVE your pantry! I live in Florida and have no basement, so ALL of my 'stuff' is in my pantry. Needless to say, it is full to the brim with no room really for decorations. But I do try to use cute tubs and baskets to hold everything.
love the embroidery doilies.
I use a dry erase marker on my canning jar with dry goods. Easy to clean off if you change ingredients
That's a cozy pantry that is both useful ad pleasing to the eye, and I'm sure it will be an absolute pleasure to use!
I love your pantry!! I want one just like it.
Love your doilies too. I bought some old ones recently for my 66 inch buffet.
Mikes ideal was beyond brilliant! Way to go!

So happy for you. Thank you for sharing.
Happy for you and your family.
Those cookbooks are an amazing timeline!
Right?!
For the wired lid jars, those orange rubber gaskets, will dry rot over time. I found silicone ones, I believe it was online, that won't dry rot.
Luv the new pantry 👍 Tawra you look so good. Your hair , svelte body and just glowing . Enjoy your weekend
so happy for you
it is soooo awesome! I love that!!!!!!!!!
Love it!! So cute!!!
Those mini foods are super cute!!
I usually cut out the label from the package and tape on jar. Then you have measurements or recipe always at hand.
I love the dresser, so neat that your painter's, sprayed it for you that was a great find😊.
I love, love your pantry. It’s outstanding!! Makes me miss and think of my Grandma😢 thanks for sharing ❤

I had the 2000-ish edition of Not Just Beans! Love your pantry & colors!
❓Did I miss the lemon packets link some how? I would like to get some Lime ones too👍 Thanks for your help.
Yes you missed it because I forgot to put it in! So sorry!! Here it is. amzn.to/3J47E8M
You might want to compare different package sizes and their prices, looks like the smaller count may be cheaper per ounce.
