Oh my goodness - gotta have it! I briefly owned a similar '61 Pioneer I bought from an estate sale in 1980 w/41k miles. 318 2bbl, alternator (1st year), road draft tube (before pcv), solid lifters and push button trans. Ran beautifully. Spare tire and cig lighter had never been used. Everything worked, some lower body rust. Some bondo work and econo paint job I quickly sold the car for double what I paid for it. Drove beautifully.
@@jptecson5902 The 350 was only 1958&59 then the 383, the 350 was a big block that looks like a big block but it's a 318, it could have a 4 barrel carb though.
A friend of mine owned a 1960 Oldsmobile covertable. He was young when he got it we started are own body shop a few years out of high school he started to work on it got a new top for it new rocker panel's my brother gave him a new grill for it the same grill that went to it just look new right out of the box. My brother was working for an old car junk yard at the time. My friend just never got his car done, I was working on a GMC SUBURBAN 3 door at the time I got mine's done I was driving it as I was working on it little at a time I just didn't let it sit that's how I knew I would get it done by using it and not waiting until it was finished because if I was driving something else it wouldn't have got fixed up and done. Just about replaced everything on it even some custom work done to it. I never could bring myself to sell it so I gave it to my nephew on the condition he can't sell it either he has to pass it on to one of his brother's or cousin's and the same applys to them they can't sell it they have to pass it on to a family member. I have a 1947 Chevy coupe stylemaster I'm building for my Niece and Nephew so they have a classic car to take care of two very responsible kids that I know will take care of it and even take it further when I get done with it they have an old car with power steering power breaks and running good I'll let them put it in the body shop if they want to make it a shinny 1947 coupe
I was trying to look up a 1960 Dodge Phoenix Station wagon 318 poly, auto push button. Powerd boosted drums selling it in Modesto California for $13,000k? Trying to compare prices the guy said it's a very rare wagon the junk yards got most of them I guess he's right I haven't found a wagon yet just see a lot of cars 4 doors and 2 doors.
beautiful car. Mr Camera Dude...pls stop whirling around and zooming in n out, makes me want to move on. just follow the lines of the car and let it speak for itself...

Had one them, about 50 years ago. 😊
MY DREAM
It is a 318. Another way to tell is the valve covers are unique to the 318.
