Helmut Lotti is an extremely talented and versatile singer and great performer. In the 1990s I saw one of his “goes classic” concerts (from the first series), that was amazing. I remember he sang “Caruso” without music and even without the microphone! He has gone through so many different music styles, and it’s great that Helmut goes hardrock/metal now at Graspop! 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Hé Helmut, ik stuurde naar jouw broer Johan een 4 tal metal nummers waar je ook een klassiek tintje aan kan geven met violen of zelfs met een hele orkestratie. Ik weet niet of je ze al beluisterd hebt, maar ik zie het wel zitten om met jou samen te werken en te componeren, zelfs nieuw materiaal naar jouw keuze. This man can sing across all musical genres. That doesn't mean he should. There is music that is absolute rubbish and metal is one of them. This is beneath this great talent called Helmut Lotti. Geez man, metal heads and hard rockers?..... none of them can sing and the music all too often, and in the vast majority of cases, sounds utterly discordant. Please Helmut, do not cast your pearls among the swine.
Helmut we love you as a person and as an artist who can sing everything.
