My suspicion is that the Christian God is the same as Allah, but aren't really the kind of being you'd choose to worship. The game has units that gain powers from bloodshed and suffering, units which are horrifically mutated from supernatural influence and units which are driven insane by the truth of the universe; from both the heavenly and demonic factions. I suggest that if the Templars had opened a gate to heaven then the same kind of death and strife would have emerged regardless. Earth is just a middle point between two unknowable and inhuman eldritch powers.
So, according to your god, he's all powerful, all knowing and, in his own book of instructions, to give humanity a chance to not be eternally condemned to eternal hellfire, which he created, he tortuously slaughtered his own son. Why? He has literally infinite power and knowledge, he could've accomplished this in infinite ways, yet chose torture and killing. But don't worry. Three days later said son, Jesus, resurrects, making the whole thing kind of miss a major part of why death is such a big deal... its finality. Once you're dead, that's it, you can't restart your life. Instead of "dying" Jesus sacrificed his weekend for us. And he knew how all this was going to turn out, as he was all knowing. So really, it's barely a sacrifice at all. Hell, I don't even like Islam, as its god is just as violent narcissistic, sexist and insecure as the bible's. But all the complaints that "Allah is nothing like Jesus!" are made by cherry picking. Jesus said the OT laws would last till heaven and earth end. Guess what the OT laws say? Stone adulterous women, slaughter non believers, r@pe pows, don't wear mixed fabrics. Like how the koran has lines about peace and love and harmony- but then Muhammad says those are "aborgated" by later lines about how the best of men is a sexist pee doh file warlord. Allowing either book's followers to cherry pick whatever they like. If you're not powerful enough to murder and torture your rivals, quote the nice passages, but the moment you gain power, out come the racks and swords. Even the prince of "peace" gets in on the bloodshed, with lines about how he'll turn son against father and daughter against mother, and that he will return bearing a sword. Cause he said a lot of stuff, depending on what he thought would grow his cult.

"Waaaah gay people exist waaah"
@plaguesnstuff7657 ...and apparently are targeting kids now
I have a risinh suspicion that The Christian God here is gonna end up being Fake, while Allah will end up being the True God of the Story, because the way you say "the voice of what surely is God" is giving hints that, that Voice is probably not God,and i say this as a Zealous Christian, because Grimdark and Christianity do not Mix well at all
My suspicion is that the Christian God is the same as Allah, but aren't really the kind of being you'd choose to worship.
Earth is just a middle point between two unknowable and inhuman eldritch powers.
bub this game is satire like 40k is
@ryancialone3045 I know,I'm just stating my suspicions for now,but in the end,I have no power of where this game will go
So, according to your god, he's all powerful, all knowing and, in his own book of instructions, to give humanity a chance to not be eternally condemned to eternal hellfire, which he created, he tortuously slaughtered his own son.
