We’re glad your enjoying them, we sure did. We actually love talking to owners at car shows a bit more than doing our new vehicle reviews. It’s fun to here the stories and memories they have around their cars. Thanks for watching!
8:15 The original ''Continental kit'' was derived from the 1940's Lincoln Continental. And the Mark II is my all-time favorite car. Hard for me to to imagine it as a ''Folly''. But everyone has an opinion:)
Fabulous Car Indeed, I believe the leather was presented as bridge of wier, I must say the spare placement looks impractical, but im not complaining, Ms Taylor had a beautiful one same color as her eyes... 😊
It was not a "folly". They knew it would lose money. It was a prestige item. What they didn't count on was losing so much on the Edsel. The combined losses probably hastened the end of the Mark II. But bits and pieces of it reappeared for years in various Lincolns and Lincoln Continentals.
❤ What a beautiful piece of work
Indeed! Thanks for watching

One of my all time favorite cars - The 1956 is slightly more desirable.
Thanks for watching!
Nah the 57 is more rare, slightly more powerful, and more refined without the bug sucking side vent.
