Great video and great tribute to Greg Plitt. I watched his videos religiously, subscribed to his website at one time and thought he was a great role model. So sad how he passed. I was in shock when it happened. Thanks again.
Inspirational, Encouraging, informative, and educating ABs training video! Nuff thanks to Super Troy! Always representing the Art Of Physique! Respect the Fitness!
Wow simply just wow bro you are doing a excellent and brilliant video telling about this that you trained your abs everyday for 30 days and keep it up and keep up the good work as always and take care Keep smiling always
love the video except i would cut everything that only targets the abs and add some more that target every core muscle. also if you lie on your belly put your hands on your neck and lift a few cm with your elbows, burns far far more then a normal planche really hits the core.
So do you believe if you don't clean up your diet like if you eat pretty much whatever you want that's what I do I do work out hard everyday but I've tried the diets I've tried the good food I cannot do it I've tried so hard I just like to eat whatever I want so my question to you is if I eat like that but I do push my abs hard and I start like you did do you think I could still get abs or no thank you
What people dont understand are that abdominals are a muscle just like every other one and they need to be trained. Determining if you can see them is based mostly on your body fat percentage, since majority of male body fat goes to the belly. Youre severely limiting yourself with under developed abs
Dude she's hitting you in the shodoplex it doesn't matter how much you train your abs you get hit in that spot you're going down grasping for air not that she's isn't already breath taking naturally. 👍
Looks like you mentioned about five different ab exercises… are you doing each of them each day or a select few of them each day and cycling them every other day or so? Must be very difficult to train them within 3 rir between five and 30 repetitions with weight and then going back and doing that again the very next day… It’s really impressive you did it all the way through. Do you think you would see far better results if you rested and did it like every other day or something? But obviously doing it every day is the premise so I get it. 🫡💪👍

Should you be taking rest days with abs like other muscles?
Did you have a basic an workout routine you can share?

I thought you were supposed to take a day in between the workouts. “ Took my abs to pound town”
0:46 I have a feeling that she held back HAHAHAH it could've been worse ngl
Can you share the program. The exercises with sets and reps
Add some running into those AB’s workout and they will pop💪🏾
Hi , did you take days off between sessions or did you do 30 days in a row?
30 in a row
love the video except i would cut everything that only targets the abs and add some more that target every core muscle. also if you lie on your belly put your hands on your neck and lift a few cm with your elbows, burns far far more then a normal planche really hits the core.
How long is your abs training per day?
SPECTACULAR VIDEO
Thanks for watching!
Did he ever say how many reps he did or can anyone recommend how many reps?
So do you believe if you don't clean up your diet like if you eat pretty much whatever you want that's what I do I do work out hard everyday but I've tried the diets I've tried the good food I cannot do it I've tried so hard I just like to eat whatever I want so my question to you is if I eat like that but I do push my abs hard and I start like you did do you think I could still get abs or no thank you
Answer is no, more chance by doing the diet and not training abs
Just like a reciepe can't forget one ingredient and expect the same product.
0:45 Southpaw!! Nice!
tq for this video
SKIBIDI YES THOSE ABS 🎉
Let’s go! 🎉

we get it, but why dont you state in the video, how many sets per day you were doing....?
3-6 sets a day
You mean basically u did nucleus overload
Eminem getting abs
you should train lower abs for 30 days

THF shorts? I approve
those bags of gras fed and pasture raised food is my monthly income. guess i'll just go on the human diet :(
Great Video, but I loved the video because of the KITTY!! =)
The reveal, you were tanner with good lighting.
I just need a flat stomach I’ll take one pack 😂
Meanwhile I do abs everyday and still unnoticeable with a pretty low fat percentage
Isn't Greg the guy that got hit by a train?
no rest????!!!!!😮😮😮😮😮😮
30 days of abs training is a lot
That guy I think his name was Greg Clint your buddy that passed I am so sorry but he looks just like Michael Hearn to me crazy
greg plitt is his name
30 days + 1 year and half.... 😂
Pound Town???
Too bad he had to get his abs tanned as hell in order to really see a difference
And you went on a pretty massive cut.
I actually prefered your before physique better. It was more straight and visible enough.
Dude she's hitting you in the shodoplex it doesn't matter how much you train your abs you get hit in that spot you're going down grasping for air not that she's isn't already breath taking naturally. 👍
You trained abs by how did the rest of you get chizelled ? Mind boggling.
