Adapting to the ever-changing weather in Dalat, Vietnam

This is a short video from my trip to Dalat.
Dalat is the capital city of Vietnam's Lum Dong Province, located on the Lang Bien Plateau, at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level, and covers an area of 394 square kilometers with a population of about 220,000 people.
Due to its terrain, it is currently only accessible by road and air, and is located 300 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City.
The average temperature ranges from 14 to 23 degrees Celsius with a high of 31 degrees Celsius and a low of 0.6 degrees Celsius.
The weather is currently 25 degrees and sunny in the morning.
but after 12 o'clock it is pouring with heavy rain.
Currently, at 15:00, the sky is as blue as ever.
