Building a memory palace is different than how this is shown. It’s rough and takes a lot of will and skill. This is dumb. - no offense to the creator at all.
True. Building a memory palace is very difficult and it requires a good memory if not a great one. And it usually takes a lot of practice to do. Or needs a lot of memory practice to be able to do it in a shorter time. Actually, in the series, they also said that in some sense. This is a scene that I like and wanted to show it to a friend :) I just noticed now that it has many views idk why xD. Thanks for your comment and clarification, I believe that it's helpful and needed here.
well actually. He probably didn't need to memorize the whole thing. Just the first 10, which is very, very doable even if you're inexperienced to the "memory palace" style. It's probably what he did, and then just put a "moth" somewhere when it's convenient
@@grenzviel4480 thats his way of investigating, he is a mentalist in the show, a master manipulator or behaviour and thoughts, he traps the gulity person into hanging himself/herself in his traps. In this case his purpouse was to manipulate that guy
I don't think so, he used an old 30 stations memory palace, then only put the animals in the places and made a connection through story and followed his plan with the moth
@@chmzzzly This is not how a memory palace works. It also won't tell you the correct order of the locations of objects AFTER they are switched around, whether there is a story or not.
@@johnedelmann6711 duh, that's just Jane playing games with him and predicting him that has nothing to do with a memory palace. In fact you don't even need a memory palace to memorize the first 10 animals. He just used it to catch the killer. It's not rocket science, he is a conman, he cons people into revealing themselves.
@@mrdragonage7446 Exactly these guys judge everything off of clips without trying to deeply understand what is going on here. Patrick Jane was lying here clearly but for catching the culprit through traps. That is the beautiful part of the mentalist
0:16 that girl is clearly interested in Jane's *cough* performance *cough*
God meeting Patrick Jane
A Class With Patrick Jane!!!
Paul also played as Chuck in Supernatural
R u kidding me? That's literally Chuck pretending to be Paul and he spared Jane cause of how smart he is. He is proud with his creation.
Which episode is that?😄
Tomáš Bursa 5x14
Which series is this?
The Mentalist, a great series in my opinion. This clip is from season 5 episode 14
