Installing Visual Studio Code and MinGW for C++ development on Windows 11

This video walks through the process of installing Visual Studio Code and the MinGW compiler on a Windows 11 system. The process should be the similar for Windows 10.
The MinGW compiler is one of many possible choices available for use with Visual Studio Code for C++ code. (Created for CSE-2383 in Fall 2024)
