What secret item would you like to try the most?
I’m here to tell you all right now; we are not making most of this for anyone lol.
We do not have time. A lot of stores are seeing record sales but are critically understaffed. Don’t be surprised to get a flat out no for a lot of these depending on what time you go.
Also, the toppings thing is a store by store basis. We charge extra after 2 scoops of a side.
Funny that they are telling us to ask for special items. I can't even get them to give me the basic ones, assuming they have any. Most of the toppings are gone and they don't know when more will be arriving. Most of the customers are gone, too.

Yum! I recently re-fell in love with Chipotle! The burrito is too filling for me, I like the tacos or burrito bowls!
Fact Check by Employee:
1. You cannot add anything to the meat and cheese in the quesadilla.
2. You cannot order the quesadilla in the store, Chipotle is very strict about this for the 30 second ordering experience instead of the 3 minutes you spend at Moes and other competitors. They will reprimand stores that don't follow the rule and give customers an excuse to do it at other stores.
3. Asking for Nachos is rhetorical. Every customer wants it done different so just get the chips with your bowl.
4. A veggie three pointer can be three ingredients. If you do meat it's only two ingredients but hey we'll load up on whatever the second ingredient is.
5. Asking for cilantro is fine but keep in mind we may not have enough to give out.
6. You can get 1 taco or 2 instead of three and pay 30-60 percent less for your food. You can double decker it for no extra charge.
7. We do not cut burritos including the burritodilla, we don't want to have a knife next to someone's leg or be next to the food and splash chemicals on the food. It's a violation on our health department audits.
8. The quesarito takes a long time, is not recommended unless it's a seasoned employee. We do not do it in the press anymore. It can be refused to be made during "peak" business because just one makes a line out the door.

Love Chipotle haven't had it in a minute cause it's a hr drive plus they were pricey last time I went which was over 5 years ago hate to see the prices now.
Why can quesadillas online be ordered online? It's no way they cant figure out a way to maneuver around cooking time if you order in-store
Because having it on both the digital line and main line will cause a long wait time for it and I nearly had a group of five people with a line wanting one. It’s not worth the hassle and plus it’ll confuse workers cuz the oven can only fit two and it’s hard to tell what type of protein is in it.
Quesadillas used to be made in stores. But with the new machine and it's mostly geared to the App, because the company does wants people to use the App more. Not to mention, they are testing out Digital Kitchen Stores to only cater to the App and the Website orders. Which means, in these stores, it can't be ordered inside. That is the true story behind this product.
If you want 3 small pieces of diced chicken in your burrito or tacos go to chipotle 😂 I literally rarely ever eat chipotle because I know they are going to give me barely any meat and it just pisses me tf off
