Fantástico, maravilhosa execução, não fugiu das características da música, e muito mas muito afinado parabéns, um forte abraço daqui do Brasil!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
This song is from the 60's musical Hair which spawned a few big songs and was a cultural phenomenon in the mid to late 60's being that it had naked hippie actors and actresses tromping around onstage. They also made a movie of it starring a young Treat Williams, John Savage and Beverly D'Angelo. The songs that came from this musical were Aquarius, Easy To Be Hard, Hair ("Gimme a head with Hair, long beautiful hair") as well as this song done by North Carolinian Oliver, whose birth name was William Oliver Swofford. and yea, I guess I am getting obscure but I like it like that, I have a few videos of songs here on RUclips that no one else has a cover of
Best vocal/guitar cover I have heard so far. Way to keep the chord forms down by the nut/capo. I think that is the way it was meant to be played instead of the neck. Much better tones in lower registers. Where was this recorded? US?
Yes the West Palm Beach Marriott at poolside. I had a gig there for a few years, it was a great gig I was really able to stretch myself as an artist and try different things without having to worry if I was too loud or whatever, there was no managers around to bother me, I went and did my gig took my breaks when I needed but I really love to play so I would play sometimes for hours on end, and it WAS FRIGGING HOT!!!
Jim, I teach and I can play 'em as I read 'em just like you. Would you tell me what that rig is that you're reading from, and which charts are you using? I'd be much obliged. Nice guitar. The perks of being single! You're great, BTW.
It's an I Pad Joe and I printed the lyrics and with the Apple pen I wrote my chords in there and my notes (like "Capo 3rd") and with lines separated the verses and choruses. Very seldom do I upload an actual chord chart onto my iPad, they never really fit right and it's easier to just do it that way. As far as the Gibson sj200, it was a Father's Day gift from my wife which made me cry. It is my favorite guitar and then I always wanted ever since I started playing guitar in the early 70's and she gave it to me as a surprise I tried to post a screen shot of the page to post it here to show you bro, but RUclips doesn't allow you to do hardly anything other than writing text
