He fill faster the daze meter when he has his morale active, he doesnt work onfield he IS a offfield stunner, you just bring him on when you have the morale vía fast switch or party and do the ora ora thing and thats it, he fill the bar 100%, qingyi IS fucking trash compare in field time she take for getting the stun.....
Its just different playstyles, and lighter does stun quite fast when you play him as he's meant to be played, off field most of the time and switch to him when you have his morale at max
