Because to get that massive damage, Louisa need to reach 3 RNG(random number generation, basically Gacha) phase: Perfect Shot, Critical, Bulleyes *1st:/Perfect shot, without this ofc louisa damage will be "miss" and that damage is Far smaller than Other character but, yeah louisa perfect shot in EC2 now can be reached a bit easier with perfect range not too far & not too close (when the aim colour turn into Green, that's when louisa already in perfect range) *2nd Critical, this Stat can be reached easily with Appraisal stat but, 70% crit rate still feel like 50% to me tho because sometimes the perfect shot doesnt crit. 3rd bulleyes, this factor can add extra damage but, even with maxed mastery Bulleyes has 20% only so this is the hardest RNG phase to reach. And yeah Louisa is also More single target so she's lacking at Fighting many mobs eventhough she has some AOE skills(still lacking tho), and she need more technical & maintenance to use in EC2 than Chase. Edna is easier to use & able to strike many Mobs at same time because of her AOE skills & burn, usually Multitarget character has Lower damage than single target to balance the game & Edna is already broken with her Burn + meteor(veteran player said in EC2 discord it not me lol). Imagine having oneshot multitarget chara, thats gonna be too broken chara.

Full STR sesuai mastery atas no 4 "enhanced power shot" nambah damage beberapa skill berdasarkan STR 53k itu kecil lho, ada sepuh yg nyentuh 100k, 200k, malah ada yg 700k sekali ulti.
