Ulta's website is not closed. I ordered this palette and it arrived in a week. ColourPop is closed because of California laws right now, but you can still get this from Ulta.

You should try the Liner.designer from beauty blender.. I got mine from Ulta.. it helps me so much with liner and shadow placement.
