are 3 back formations better for defensive formations? I'm trying out using different ones. My 4-2-3-1 has gotten boring, but it's by far the most effective.
If u have an effective tactic I wouldn’t change it in my opinion but 3 at the back can be good offensive tactic aswell as defensive

I am starting to get goals but the ratings of my attacking players are still 4's and 5's at best unless they get a goal or assist. What should I do?
If the tactic is working then u shouldn’t do anything
