This sounds like something that would play if Sayori and Yuri switched roles. It would be Yuri's confession scene, but Sayori would be the one confessing and then knifing herself. And then this would be playing in the background as you watched her corpse all weekend.
I know it makes no sense, but that's literally what came into my head when I heard this...

Sayori would be shy and the most mature one in the club, being the tallest. Yet when she's tampered with, she goes insane and her depression makes her a completely different person, Her death would be knifing herself like you mentioned, but when you open the door, she is lying on the floor, bleeding. Dead. You have to watch her for the whole weekend like Yuri's death, Who know such a shy and mature girl could turn into something so wicked and insane. She was obsessed with you, yet she killed herself because of her insanity.
Yuri would be the 2nd shortest in the club, having a happy personality, yet she's sad inside. Her depression was more serious though, she would cut herself and do self harm secretly. When she admits she has very bad depression, you have to confess to her, if you said yes or no, she would kill herself either way, just like in the game. The next day when you went to school, You find Yuri's body hanging in the classroom, how would she get away with it tho? She probably was the last one to get out of school, yet she hung herself because she couldn't take life anymore. Monika and Natsuki would both be standing there in terror, But since Monika tampered with Yuri and Natsuki.. she was the most guilty..
