Next, Shanti Raghavan and Dipesh Sutariya, founders of Enable India, talk about why and how the organisation started in Bangalore. While Shanti is speaking about her brother Hari, there are parallel visuals of him travelling, swimming, and trekking. Once the focus shifts to the initial days at Enable India, there are a series of images of visually impaired candidates being trained and using computers.
As Shanti speaks about persons with disabilities being active citizens and contributing to the nation, there are visuals of persons with disabilities working independently. For example, a person is typing on a keyboard with his toes and a person on a wheelchair is supervising a shop floor. Her point is further strengthened when visuals of persons with disabilities performing 8 different jobs are shown. These include:
    1. A man with vision impairment working as a Spam Officer
    2. A woman with hearing impairment signing about her role in Accounts Indexing
    3. A man with vision impairment working as a Cattle Farmer
    4. A man with cerebral palsy working as a Software Developer at his home
    5. A man with intellectual disability working as a Rural Entrepreneur by using fishing nets
    6. A woman with severe disability and no motor function working as an Analyst
    7. A man with deafblindness working in IT Asset Management
    8. A woman on the autism spectrum working as a Software Tester
In the next segment of the video, employees of Enable India speak about the organisation's frameworks and structures. While this is being explained, visuals of different types of employment, employability programs, and Enable India initiatives are displayed. To further understand the organisation, Dipesh emphasises the importance of each person at Enable India being equal. As he is speaking, examples of him living this value by being on par with the people he interacts with are shown.
Post this, different staff members talk about the value system that is closest to their heart. To illustrate what they say, visuals from the Enable India office of employees working together and using different workplace solutions are shown. This is followed by visuals that demonstrate how the organisation’s culture blends hard work with fun. For instance, employees are seen to be dancing to celebrate an organisation milestone.
Next, the video touches upon our partnerships with different stakeholders. First, two parents of EnAble India alumni speak about the impact of the organisation in their lives. While talking about our employer partners, a series of visuals from the launch of the #Mission1000 campaign are shown. Names of several companies we work with are displayed as well.
Towards the end of the video, the awards won by EnAble India are mentioned. Along with the name of every award, a corresponding visual of our founder/s receiving it is displayed. Lastly, when Shanti talks about the power of collective impact, instances of different people coming together with a common goal are shown. This ranges from several NGO leaders at a seminar to people with and without disabilities participating in a marathon. With this, we come to the end of the video on EnAble India's journey.
