Worth it. I use it for artwork - watercolour painting and the range of even light is exactly what I wanted.

😂😂😂 yeah I was. I was sitting on the autonomous stool. You know if you bend back too much it can tip over 😅😅
This has a really cool design and great features but yes, it’s a luxury thang. Looks super cool tho and could possibly be the ultimate desk lamp for readying and studying

Hello, great vid. A quick question. How is the glare when compared to your monitor light bar and when you position the lamp directly above your main desktop monitors? Do you see the LEDs when you are in your sitting position? Or are you able to do micro adjustments to prevent yourself from seeing the LED bulbs thereby preventing the light from shining directly into your eyes when seated?

It is the concept as the light bar that sits on top of your monitor. If you position it right you will not see any glare on the monitor. But if you don’t you will see a reflection. Also depending on the angle of the lights you can see them but if you slightly rotate it opposite of your eyes you will not see it so yes micro adjustments. Same as the light bar.
If you’re asking to choose one it would obviously be the monitor light bar because it doesn’t take up desk space and provides you with plenty of light on your keyboard and mouse. However, this lamp just looks so good it’s Mainly for E reading.. but can be a great desk lamp as well. The c-clamp you buy additional would help reducing the big ol base. Hope this makes sense and is helpful (:

      @@WilliamNevius Got it. Thanks.

It's a bit annoying that almost all of the reviews for this product are biased, because the channel got it for free.

Just because people receive free products doesn’t mean they are bias. The company didn’t pay me any money, if they did then that could possibly be bias…BenQ simply provided the lamp to make the video for people like you who are interested in buying it lol
I mentioned pros & cons, show how it works….then you can take what I explain and decide if it’s right for you. It’s not rocket science bro.

@WilliamNevius Whenever a person gets a free product, they will always be biased, and you can't escape that fact.
Also, who says I'm interested in buying one of these?
Maybe it popped up on my recommended section, along with other videos from other channels, because I had been looking at other BenQ products that I'm actually interested in buying.
To quote you, "It's not rocket science bro".

@@WilliamNeviusLol, it looks like you've never heard about the Amazon Vine programme. Almost all of the Vine product reviews I see on there are heavily biased, in stark contrast to the reviews actually written by those who bought the same product with their own money. I completely agree with Stardust, although unlike then I'm actually thinking about buying this lamp, for my wife. I'm not saying the product is garbage, but I'm a realist, not an idealist.
