Hello, I purchased a GLC 400e with the AMG Premium package on January 26, 2023. After two months, I experienced issues with the transmission controllers. In fact, the gearbox repeatedly failed at high speeds, especially above 160 kilometers per hour, causing significant stress and concern for my own safety and that of my family while driving on the highway. This serious risk of an accident has put me and my family in danger. After four attempts to diagnose the problem by Mercedes, starting from June 21, my vehicle has been at the Mercedes service center in Aschaffenburg, Germany. However, unfortunately, they do not have the necessary parts for the repair, and I am forced to wait until July 31. Undoubtedly, this lengthy delay has left me extremely dissatisfied and angry with Mercedes. Until today, despite sending multiple emails to Mercedes and filling out their form, they have not made any contact or taken any actions to address my concerns and seek my satisfaction.
@@Njliving22even those are garbage dude have an uncle with a failing transmission Tacoma and a friend with a brand new Highlander that left them on the side of the highway. Tired of those brand being held to a higher standard when they’re all garbage… Toyota, Lexus etc are no different.

Ok, I genuinely love Mike Danger and Lyn. On any other channel they would stand out as exceptional. But this video is a great example of why Micah just remains The Best. It comes off as organic and fluid, Setup jokes payoff, sure, but self depricating spir of the moment atuff just works and works well. Its that spontenaity that makes Micah a supersayan car reviewer whom I watch without xomplaint even though I will never own a premium suv.
I dunno man. The only thing that kept me excited and happy throughout the video was the guitar playing in the background which I’m sure was done by Micah 😆
@@nathanielross8232 sure, Mazda will not only rust out and deteriorate visually both outside with its paint, and inside with lots of tears, and wear, but that’s by 200k km, while Mercedes will be looking brand new at a million km, it’ll start drinking oil, and drive terribly not soon after, and Mercedes will still have no repairs by 500k km
Why would the “Heat and Noise Insulating Glass” be made available only for the top of the line trim, the pinnacle? That is supposed to be a standard feature of a benz!
@@myemailiscool agree they are gorgeous in person and feel very well made. It’s the only car that I’m considering to replace my Volvo because they are the only brand with a comparable interior look and feel. The internet is such a fun and unique place 😂😤
@@JakeDrives1 I think that would be a nice move, mercedes is hitting their next gen interiors while volvo is still using their same design language from the XC90 8 years ago. I sat in a new C class recently and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it felt. Felt better than my 3 series, overall. But i love the B58 too much 😂
@@myemailiscool I test drove the new C class and the ride quality and powertrain calibration were superior to my Volvo. I’m sure GLC is working with the same hardware. I love my Volvo but the MB cabin is out of this world! I am also looking at the BMWs for that exact reason. The magnificent I6!

Can you even begin to imagine how much my life was in danger when I was traveling at a fast pace in the middle of the highway? I have taken the vehicle to the Service Center three times. I am so irritated that I want to get my money back for this ridiculous automobile. My RUclips channel contains documentation of all of these stories. What exactly are you going to do with your brand name, Mercedes?

I thought I couldn't get passed its looks. But that interior is very inexpensive looking, and feeling I bet. I think Mercedes is relying on people being wowed by the screens. Other than that? Great video Micah and Danger.

Agree with interior control: they do not give any feedback and do not feel plush. It is actually a show stopper, coming from the Audi world. The other two germans have better interiors.
Cheating out on the buttons is not a how a Mercedes should be. Pinching pennies at this price range is undignified for such a luxury marquee. BMW has always surpassed you in performance and now luxury. That’s why I bought a X3m340i. Inline 6 with real buttons!
