I really appreciated that you did a read thru of this probable cause document for Donna Adelson's arrest. I came late to the Dan Markel case and knew some details but had no idea how ridiculous and unbelievable it was! The Adelson house of cards is indeed falling, one at a time. Dan Markel RIP 🕯️and may justice continued to be served! ⚖️
Nice work. Don't apologize for laughing. The comic relief is cathartic! It's hard enough to get into the head of a lone wolf criminal, but the interplay of so many Crazies is a daunting task to untangle!

Donna was a school teacher however that was very short lived and then Donna became a home maker, mischief maker, and home schooled her 3 children when they were very young. Then Donna worked on the books for Harvey's dental practice.
I have followed this case for awhile now. This is the best VIDEO title I have seen!

The family are proof that book smarts doesn’t mean they have street smarts, or the emotional intelligence to regulate themselves to make ‘good’ and humane decisions in life. If they all managed to think and agree that murder was the way to solve any issues, that says a lot. Also changing the kids surnames = low empathy. That should be for the kids to decide for themselves when they’re old enough. You’d think a loving mother and decent parent would feel that way. Everything they did would only guarantee hurting those children. What a family..
Examples of the idiocy that Gavin speaks of are -
1. within 1.5 hrs of hiring the first prospective hit car , SG had a speeding in fraction. So the car had to go back and they got a Sonata, which in no way resembled Jeff LaCasse's car.
2. Going through Gladesville in this blue Sonata in June , L Rivera gets a speeding ticket. He may have been under the influence of a bit of coke at the time. Instead of turning around they decided to continue with the murder attempt.
3. that very same night they bought coke from a known drug dealer, who later testified they were there and armed. Shoddrick Nobles did this under a plea agreement. Shoddrick was picked up via tower dump records from Rivera's phone. Rivera's kill phone was never recovered - he had two. The one that went north was dumped.
4. Although the ATM stop appears to come from the dumb and dumber book, it may be that they desperately needed forty dollars or so to go to an auto parts store to buy a matching bit of carpet to put in the footwell of the passenger side of the Prius. They needed to do that pronto so they could get the Prius off their hands. The thirty eight cal gunshot hole in the footwell though comes from the dumb and dumber story.

Then I realized Dan Markel and his parents and sister is from Toronto Ontario Canada 🇨🇦, where I’m located , about 30 minutes from Toronto.. so I must have been living under a rock when this Murder Happened…long work hours will do that to you ..😂

Wendi married for statesmanship. Sadly, having been the most intelligent around and all the accolades... she became a wife and mother... whilst Dan's career soared. She struggled being downplayed and wanted out and back with her mummy... end of story. Thus Dan's murder and all memories of a kind brilliant human eradicated. Thankyou for your brilliant and smart insight Gavin, much appreciated.

Dan Markel was shot in the face and died 14 hours later. How utterly, abominably horrific.
People talk about the contentious divorce but did he ever even want to get divorced?? Wendi just left him while he was out or away and left a note. Took all the furniture.
So, apart from being a great hands-on father to their two boys, being well respected in his profession, earning a high salary, coming from a great family, being fit and healthy, having nice looks, providing Wendi with a lovely house and great life, what the FFFFFFFF did he ever do wrong in her eyes?????

These poor innocent Adelson’s were extorted by the dumbest extortionists in Florida, who drove 7 hours north to kill a man the Adelson’s most hated enemy, Dan Markel and not Wendi Adelson, who they loved and then extorted him with a payment plan! And everyone involved in Charlie’s conviction is stupid! Yeah! You got it right!
You might think that after the first totally failed attempt, the Adelson's might re-think their hires? Nope! Just go back and do it again!

Well, in Donna's hearing, her attorney wants a fast moving time-frame for trial. They have a hearing for updates set for Jan 9th due to her attorney's request.
@@judyD. yes but for the actual trial you looking at, at least a year if not longer. Her lawyer needs to get up to speed on all video email text and other evidence to enable her to represent her client. Not always possible although Donna would expect her lawyer to put her on speed dial
@alidadebruyn36 oh for sure. Judge even pointed out the "voluminous amount of evidence" and Descalzo still wanted Jan 9th. Pretty sure Donna wants a quickie. Since she has to stay in jail the whole time. She thinks she's going home soon after. Kinda like Charlie thought. That went well. 🎉🎉
@@judyD. I agree but the trial does not start on 9th January, these are all part of pretrial. The 9th is to allow her attorney to have access to her and of course because she is on close watch, the judge wants to exhaust all possible avenues and have another review in January, obviously this will include discovery which is the states evidence, but her attorney will need to do depositions etc this all takes time. There will be court case after court case until the actual trial starts

Dans lawyer had left Dan a msg to call him , I think that’s who Dan was trying to call when he was shot …
He was talking to a guy from the preschool that Wendi said she was enrolling Ben in.
No. Dan was on the phone with a teacher from the school that Dan and Wendi were needing to discuss if the older son would be attending or not, starting the Monday after the Friday hitjob.
As part of the divorce settlement, they were to discuss the boys school choices but Wendi put his name in for attending the school and never told Dan until later. So Dan was inquiring that morning about the details. On the phone with the school and Dan said " hold on someone I don't recognize is in my driveway. Then he heard noise and what sounded like heavy breathing. The school contact guy then called 911..
Dan's attorney , Stephen Webster, had talked to Dan earlier that morning. He testified to that at Charlie's trial..
