Toyota 22RE engine Valve Cover Removal

My 1991 Toyota Pickup was making chain noises on cold startup. This video is a few years old and I made it to remember how to put everything back together as this was my first time changing the Timing Chain Guides and I suspected that was the problem. It was. Taking off the cover is an easy way to check if you have noises coming from the front of the engine.

What type oil is suitable for this machin 22r please??

10w30 conventional oil.

Yes, I didn't record the rest because I did that a few days later. After removing the cover I purchased the Timing Chain Guides I needed and loosened the head evenly. Then removed the front timing chain cover. Only then was I able to replace the Guides.
