Konica Minolta Bizhub 163 | 211 | Paper Jammed (Memory Clear)

Problem:
Tray 1 is in Letter size that keeps paper jammed, it must be in A4 size.
(We are using A4 paper.)
Solution/s:
1. To enter in service mode, press utility button then press clear/stop 00, press again clear/stop 01
2. Copy all the settings of the photocopier before clearing the memory.
(copy the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, etc.)
3. Follow the steps in the video of Clearing the memory to return the setting of the tray to A4.
