Yujiros strength is probably result of a combination of specific gene sequences centered around a specific gene mutation. Having the strength enhancing gene sequences makes you a great fighter, but there's only the mutation that has a 50/50 chance of being passed on that makes you a true Hanma

It's actually funny. I had a friend who watched this and told me about this scene no less than like 10 or so years ago. He told me that he hated this scene because Baki should have won in this fight but he did something stupid. Only as I watch this scene for myself many years later did I see: He did win. Pickle took-as the show would consider it-the cowards way out. Which I think is really cool honestly. The Dub is also doing a really good job at all this.
