The resonance from this man's voice is utterly moving and haunting. I know not everyone appreciates it, but as a person who's made a habit of listening very closely...he really is a good singer. I kind of scoffed when someone else said he couldn't sing (random comment on another video). Like huh? The lyrics are really deep too. "You will bare my curse as long as my life will be"...I love the correlation between love being a curse...*sigh, kinda true. @40 sec. I love the way he dips his voice down, that honestly takes talent.
This captures the temporal, lovely, sad nature of Jack and Acacia's love so prettily. I've known Tu Vas me Detruire for years but never had I seen it used for a couple I wanted to succeed so much. Nice job with the editing, for the movie clips and the song.

Yes! It's from a musical called "Notre Dame De Paris" I believe. It's all in french, but people have redone just about (if not) every song from that in english!

Sarah Potter (Spoiler Alert) he only dies in the movie. the movie follows a whole different script, its like two separate stories. in the book, he and Acacia get into an argument when Joe shows up, jack breaks his clock hands off of his clock, proceeds to have a hemmorage and goes into a coma for 3 years. Acacia thinks he is dead. when he wakes up and finds Acacia she hates him for tricking her and they never see eachother again
