Beautiful. I tried to glue my sticks together after sanding the sides, they were still warped. Where do you get those perfectly flat popsicle sticks, or do you have a method?
From my experience u just have to knit pick ur sticks. I get a lot of warped ones to. The ones I have gotten from Walmart seemed to have less of them though.
I also face the same problem. just choose the good ones to use

Which glue using?
I noticed some of the knobs were round cylinders.
Were those from dowels?
Or did you just sand up some pieces from an ice cream stick until it was round like that?
I'm asking because I haven't learned how to get them that round just yet. :-)

What size are the sticks you are using please. As we seen to have many different sizes thanks brilliant to watch.
