Con Con Con…. I’ve watched the wind here in Texas fully blow over an 18-wheeler truck and the wind speed was slower than 80 mph. 😅 I’m so happy that y’all are enjoying our great state!!!!! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
There is a store in Katy, Texas just west of Houston called The British Choice where you can get your favorite food/snacks from the UK
Born and raised in America. Seeing you guys in Dollar Tree was so fun to watch, your reactions made my day 🤣. One advice affordable stuff doesn't mean its safe to use or consume. Be careful with the toys, makeup and food etc. From my experience, the organizational stuff and one time use decor are the reasons why we shop there. The prices have gone up but the quality did not change. Glad you guys made it home safe. Thanks for sharing ❤

Conner's confidence is hilarious, but I can't say he's a whole lot different from a born and bred midwestern dad, lmao. They'll be sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee watching a tornado roll through talkin about how "we needed this rain." 🤣
LIsten, I've lived in Houston my whole life. My brother has totalled a car, I've severely damaged a car....rain/tornados/hurricanes are things I don't mess with anymore. I'm very much a "oh, a little rain and wind, let that not stop my fun" type of person, but Houston is a basin that just collects water and floods everything and add to that insane winds, and it's just not worth going out when you get those alerts anymore. I am excited to see you guys thrift. Literally have a whole business based on re-sale and love to see thrifting videos of what other people find. One of my favs is Family Thrift Center on Bellaire, huge selection.

From the American channels I watch, the themed party wear at dollar tree sells out fast. They come out with cute decor for every big holiday (including Christmas!) so when you see it you get it 😂❤

Throughly enjoyed this vlog, wish Poundland had some of the selection of craft & wreath making supplies that they had in DT. Looking at those wreath frames & artificial florals makes me want to hop on a plane for some craft shopping💛🤗🏴. I’m so happy for you all, it’s always been & still is a dream of mine to live in the US or travel for a few months, I get to experience it through youth your vlogs so, thank you for sharing your new life with us too.💛

As a fellow Brit living in the USA, I too miss the British biscuits and am lucky enough to live in Florida and have a Publix supermarket that has a British section that has chocolate digestives etc but I know that Amazon sells British foods including mcvities chocolate biscuits! Your welcome 😊❤😊

There is a British food shop in Katy Tx called the British depot and a British store called the British isle on Rice Blvd.
there’s also a fish and chip shop in Katy Tx called the chipper which is really good!! My favourite places to go when I miss home!
Elle I hope you do a store visit to Ulta Beauty. It is great and has high end but also drugstore priced makeup and skincare. I visit there every time I am in the US.
There are World Markets in Houston. The one near me in New Hampshire has chocolate digestives so maybe look there for them.

If you guys go to Texas Roadhouse you should vlog it for your reactions because it can be quite the experience haha. If you go get the app and put yourself on the waitlist before you go or else you could end up waiting over an hour for a table, they get really busy!!

I can buy chocolate digestives in the Commissary, which is a supermarket on an American military base. Are there any bases near Houston? Maybe a subscriber could pick you up some, I would if I lived nearby. I live in NJ and our Commissary has an international aisle and it sells pg tips and Yorkshire teas and plain and chocolate digestives. I love the digestives and agree with you that England does biscuits the best! I’m enjoying all your videos!! 😊

Love your personalities and channel. Best wishes on your new journey in the US. I wanted to give you a few pointers from someone who moved to the states a few years ago. Educate yourselves on history and politics, Texas is a unique state, different than most other states. I live on the east coast ( Newport, RI ) we are 🌏’s apart. Please come visit New England! It’s gorgeous!!!. I also want to say you can have a traditional Sunday roast anytime our grocery shops sell all the ingredients. As for English breakfast biscuits they are sold at Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s along with specialty shops ( you will find everything you desire after a little hunting). In the meantime you may like “ belVita “ ( brand name) crunchy breakfast biscuits, many flavors. Done long e😢.nough

That’s not a salon standard electric nail file - it’s like a crap home pedicure thing, it won’t have the torque needed and the bits will be terrible. Careful doing your own gels, you can get lifelong allergies/onycholysis/fungal infections x

Thunderstorms are my biggest fear, I can get into a huge panic attack if it stays to Lon above our home , I won’t even outside, I can literally get hyperventilating, and I have earplugs that demp the sound and I close all the blinds downstairs and when the announce it in the weather new , I always say trust me when it comes to thunderstorms , I have like a six sense for it and I have a huge scar from when inwas 3 monthsold , I had a open heart surgery,and that scar always ittse’s and I can’t breath , but what does help is my favorite Finnish gothband called The 69 eyes😊 they always get me chilled in a thunderstorm 😊 and at nighttime , when I’m in bed I always wait for half a hourand tornadoes would build my anxiety much more , and yes Conor,tornadoes can break cars , barns , trees , And after the 4th of July , Halloween komt

I went to a Dollar Tree on Elvis Presley Boulevard in Memphis & wasn't very impressed with it. Most of the shelves were empty & there was just stock piled up every where, looked very messy x
