@@LycanFerret The wire is thick enough for an electric fence to keep the animals on the property. On such a wire the highest frequency can leave red marks on your hand and makes so much pain, you would rather want to stop touching it.
The exact numbers are unknown to me, and probably to the people that were in the test, but I think it was nothing like you describe.
Especially the socket plug, it's very unsafe to use plugs that don't have plastic covering half of the plug's sticks so that when the sticks are touching the socket's inside, it is impossible to get shocked by touching the sticks.
