This is one of the most healthy relationships on Disney. Austin is such a kindhearted guy and would never intentionally hurt anyone. It sucks that guys like that are hard to come by nowadays. Also it’s a pretty realistic friendship-to-relationship arc, the multiple breakups, almost-kisses, longing, shameless flirting after the first breakup lol. They’re so honest with each other. It’s so beautiful.

We get to see them have inner conflicts about losing eachother. We get to see them get more comfortable with eachother and that match the story so much.
