Oh, this is a really unusual workout for me. These moves are strong, interesting, and kind of advanced from my point of view, although I have been doing Pilates regularly for several years now. This cushion really adds a new challenge to regular moves! Love this strong workout as part of the January 2024 Weekly Challenge!💪💪 Definitely got shaky, but felt so good after completing this! Thanks for this creative class!

Phew great workout👍❤️ thank you Jacinto plus some nice new moves - certainly didn’t need my ankle weights😊💪 & getting to use my new soft ball again 😊 also like that the session was less than 30mins with good stretches to finish (I add on a twist after core work, on my back with knees over to each side! )
Phew that was very effective - I used a XX heavy mini resistance band on those first side lying moves which worked well and put ball between knees when doing the sit ups to keep knees & ankles together😊👍 great little sequence - first session done of week 4😊
Great workout Jacinta time flew by! 😮 Excellent use of the ball for more resistance. I definitely felt the obliques fire 🔥 up on the side lying sequence. I even managed the prone exercise with the ball, makes that definitely felt better for me than being totally prone plus I felt the back muscles turning on.
