    After watching this historical history of igbinedion , now I know that who God has blessed no man can course. I never knew he was the one who single handedly brought electricity to the whole of ovia. Indeed Esama is a gift and a blessing to his generation.

    Interesting... As a kid growing in Warri, watching EBS, ITV, NTA etc, I used to enjoy his birthday celebrations especially as it was the same month as mine.
    He has lived a long and fulfilled life.
    Here's wishing him more life and celebrations.....

    when u talk about the man that greatly and truelly love Nigeria and Edo state this is the man,all the money he worked for and business he gained from overseas he invested everything in Nigeria and edo state,if others will follow suit i think Nigeria and Nigerians will have become the dream country we all wish it will be,some say he took ppl lands to invest on it,while some say he took their wives,even some even say he wanted to over throw the Oba of benin,while in all of this i can only see a man full of determination and zeal to make the world a better place for all humanity,and that vision is still there on his eyes and mind,may God almighty continue to strengthen you and empower u papa i love you from the core of my heart thanks for showing us the ways to success u will keep on celebrating till the last hair in ur body become white as snow more grace to u my great leader Amen.

      @talk2me9ja ever since i have being reading ur comments here,you have never contributed anything nice or appreciate those that have early strive for the betterment of Nigeria at large before corruption came into Nigeria,when u talk about someone don't always look at his bad records u also have to see what he start doing that no one as done u still need to give them praise on that,there are many men of integrity in Edo state whom really build companies there where our brothers and father work,up till now,bros i will ask u what have u contribute to Edo state?do u have any investment there?pls let learn how to appreciate the ppl who did what we are yet to do pls

    • @johnsmart6081
      @johnsmart6081 6 лет назад +1

      @talk2me9ja when u say historical things pls don't forget that Benin was over power by the portuguese and the British forces accompanied by the igwes through galagala river,come to think of it will u still prefer we be in the dark?Benin ppl are the cause of all this because even our forefathers accept their gifts before us,so you have to hold them accountable for that,for not spreading the wealth the British empire brought to us all,but they keep it out of reach,we all should benefit from the compensation they pay one group family forgetting that all Benin ppl were also affected,hold the higher chiefs responsible for failing to distribute our common wealth that was made of us all

    • @johnsmart6081

    Esama, Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion is one of the 21 greatest living men in the world as of September 16, 2018. I want to be specific because Esama is truly great and God Almighty has enriched his life, his family, his village, his heart, his altruism, his intentions, his very beautiful wife Lady Cherry Igbinedion. God bless his entire posterity forever and ever.

    But yet, His first son lucky was a complete failure to the People of Edo State...Looted the funds of the people of Edo state. His main goal as governor was to come and revive that of his father's lost wealth that was already gone and he was absolutely succeeded but, did nothing for the People of Edo state. Today, Igbinedion family owns almost half Benin city. I have nothing against the Esama of Benin. But lucky igbinadion is by far the biggest criminal in Edo state history.

    Nice documentary.
    However some ppl can't focus on the theme/message which I believe is all about the Chief not Lucky.
    What a galling bunch.
    The short of the story is that Lucky was a victim of circumstances. All his peers in Gov's mansions all around the country did the same.
    Infact what they do these days makes him look tame. I am not excusing anything, but this is absolutely not the forum to address Lucky, it is one of paying tribute to one of our "Greats"
    Our biggest problem in this part of the world is no secret. We love tearing one another down which is very unfortunate, because it is contrary the Chief's doctrine.
    Thanks for sharing
