His life can not be told in 11 minutes
Let alone the impact his music made on electronic music and the rise of techno is something most people don't know
The deep hypnotic sound of techno was also a lot inspired by Jamaican dub music
Also Lee scratch Perry was the first or one of the first who allowed Rasta Man to play in Studios in the late 60s
He helped Bob Marley when he had no home and let him live in his house
He showed Bob Marley to sing from his heart and not like a typical singer
I read that in his biography I think both Bobs and Perry's and also I think recently saw it on RUclips in a Mad professor Interview with Earl 16 about Lee " Scratch " Perry and his passing

Had no idea Scratch Mother was a practitioner of Ifa, the spiritual system of the Yoruba of Nigeria.
Punks also loved him
Yup 👍

Lee " Scratch " Perry also was the first or one of the first idk to tour the UK in the late 60s and his music was super popular with the skinheads 😂
White reggae skins
The graffiti he painted all over his black ark studio now became fashion in the 2010s and on
On expensive fashion stuff widely written on it
Its the same style go look at it
also the way he sings sometimes double track annoying on a song or chatting crazy stuff
Just Vibing real different stuff a trippy style of toasting on the riddim
I first saw that come back in 2010 when trap music became real popular
Riff raff is also a cool rapper with crazy style other rappers too
It's similar drug style music non linear
The world has become a lot of crazier with the internet and people doing what they want
He was ahead of the time and doing it it the 70s and 80s when the world was still very very conservative and nowadays 4K RUclips and social media people unthinkable
People back then would say if someone would tell them from 2024
STOP SMOKING THIS GANJA 😂
