Truly gifted man from humble beginnings... never stops learning, absorbing, changing, and evolving. Man, he is the man of my dreams! An artist, poet, actor, singer, writer, producer, and multi-lingual... Honestly, this is a TRUE gentleman. We could all take a lesson or two. ;)
Dammit, this guys is kinda what I wish to become in my adult life... He sings, paints, writes and acts and he lives from it. Though im more focused in painting really, I also like music and writting very much. Well a man can dream I guess :/
Viggo said in an interview way later on that he sees it as all one thing, doing many different art mediums/forms, which as a painter and musician ive always felt that way too, a frame of mind which i stole years ago when i had heard that john lennon had said it about music and visual art (which he did his whole life), lennon just saw it all as "one autibiographical piece" which i think is a great way to look at it, because its true, as an artist u just express yourself, paint is expensive, sometimes u use pencils, or whatever u have at hand, why should music or poetry be any different? Lennon once supposedly said "im an *artist* , u give me a f#cking tuba, & ill get u something out of it"...viggo seems to be looking for the words here, but he found them eventually, & im glad he is, hes a sweet and soulful dude, for sure, a genuine dude....anyway, viggo is the shit,
I'm a bit confused - is that all his work? There are a couple there that remind me of Larry Rivers and in a way my mothers paintings. Where is the gallery? Does he always ramble?!
Actually, I would still enjoy his art, boils and all. Yes, it's true - bull$h!t and art seem to go together. Artists don't start out that way; they (we, if I'm being honest)learn from attending shows that critics, admirers, and buyers want to hear that sh!t. Especially the buyers! Oh, Watchman2012, I find you very witty and intelligent, and, no, I wouldn't care if you were a mass of boils spread across 300 pounds.
