Yet another great and very interesting interview. I check for Nile but unfortunately he was a tabloids dream. I’m so glad that he is still playing, the talent and natural abilities are right up there with the very best however; Nile is a perfect example hard work, good character and focus always winning over talent and potential.
What upsets me (because I want him to be the best version of himself) is that I don’t believe that he understands that HE is responsible for his actions. During the interview he says things like “I always mess things up, I shouldn’t be here (prison) I’m impulsive” I’m sure I’m wrong but throughout the interview I didn’t hear him actually expressing an understanding of himself and reflecting. There comes a point in one’s development where you have to face yourself and ask yourself “why, what is going on inside of me, why am I constantly making destructive decisions, why do I consistently ignore wise and sound advice?” Nile was at Newcastle, he got himself into such an amazing position to establish himself at an amazing club. Yet literally chose his friends over this great opportunity. I’ve never met Nile but I KNOW that he is a great and kind hearted man, it wasn’t his fault that he didn’t have the proper guidance , safety and protection. It is so easy to condemn and pass judgement on the symptoms of something much deeper.
Sometimes these things can be better understood through therapy. I humbly encourage my Brother to seek that support. It will help to understand and repair him from the inside out. I wish you all well. Blessings

Somehow I feel there’s more to come from Mr Ranger. An example to many young people who are talented but are bipolar in there mannerisms and attitude. There’s a relentlessness about him still which cannot be controlled. Money 💰 Fame and little or no mentorship or male guidance when young. At Arsenal we had a few young talented players like Mr Ranger who were given far too much money at 18/19 years and they got caressed by hangers on.

Talent will take you as far as it can, BUT Character is yours forever, that's why you need to educate yourself and learn that you are not alone going through this, you can change, but you have to want to change, that is character development. The movie has been told, the script written, the song sang, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. I do anyways.

Nail ranger feels like he’s entitled just based on his talent. Attitude is what it’s all about, and being professional just being blessed on the ball is not enough! What a waste of a career he’s 30 and he’s finished now. Such a same.

Nile seems a good guy but needs good people around him. He never had a male role model to look up to hence his wild past, he looks like he still needs guidance, he was justifying his behaviour which is a bad sign, like when a drug addict tries explain their behaviour they are rationalising it.

Been listening to this man running through excuses for YEARS. Go and get counseling and look after your family real talk. Time for excuses is over. People don't want to see another interview with you talking about nonsense. When the football opportunities dry up which is coming quick as long as you continue talking about yourself in the third person like you arnt the only person who can change it. Otherwise you'll see man getting serious bird or worst still scrubbed out for trying to put food on the table from elsewhere.
