Karen is a beautiful Person on the inside. You can tell by her smiling spirit as she tells of her day. I, too have PD and although my challenges are many and I find I have so many things I can’t do I’m .always so grateful for my husband, my family and firends
Very engaging people providing helpful information to their fellow humans. I came across this video looking for information because a family member has a couple of symptoms that make me think he needs to bring this up with his doctor. Thank you all.
Hello I am gratefully to get familiar with your community. My dad has parkinston disease . We are from iran can my father participate in these talks? I am looking forward to hear from your side. Regards nooshin
I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in July 2019. I was in my 70s so I don't have YOPD, but I do have PD. Listening to Karen, Michael and Carol sounds like bits and pieces of some of my days (we are all different). About a month ago I put together a video with a poem about a typical day with Parkinson's. The video may seem to start out a little bit strange with me just playing the guitar; however, because of Parkinson's I'm playing the guitar again after I quit awhile back. ruclips.net/video/p9Fqma3SVpw/видео.htmlsi=c7QuJ5_5YkXlf-7Q
My cousin has just told me he has been diagnosed with PD. I don’t know anything about it, what his life must be life now, and I want to be able to understand what he is and will be dealing with. It sounds like PD becomes almost like a vocation. Is there no break from it in terms of pleasurable hobbies or something?
I thank you all! IM learning more and more what to expect.
This video really helps to let you know you are not alone in this disease. G-d bless these folks.
