Underrated indeed! Seen that twice and it's beyond current MCU series's creativity. WandaVision came close but they Marvel-ized the ending.
First episode was really great later it became so confusing and direction also changed after first episode .

I loved that show. I didn't know what was happening the whole time but I thought it was very cool.
Between X-men 97, Deadpool & Wolverine and now Agatha All Along, we could see Marvel getting back on track. Cutting back on shows and taking some time to readjust might have been what exactly they needed. As long as they don't try to oversaturate the market again. Aubrey Plaza also has been great at play the "Inner Demon" in other people's heads lately. I also get some serious Craft vibes here.
I had no issues with them. I just enjoy the shows not cry over nothing. Everyone should just enjoy what we get from them. Not breakndown the shows to find something to cry about

I feel like each episode of the show will be influenced by a different movie. That’s why all the Easter eggs to movies. In a similar way to how WanadaVision was influenced by different decades from episode to episode.

Wanda's hex in Multiverse of Madness didn't "collapse" when Strange realised she was after America Chavez... Wanda removed the hex as she realised she'd been caught out, and there was no point keeping up the illusion anymore.
Also, the image of witches flying in front of a full moon has been pretty symbolic for decades (or longer!). I doubt it's a nod to E.T. of all things...

Why sorry? They get to watch it now just thinking it's some random Marvel series. I didn't see it till after it was over and I was reading something about who the show was about but no real details. So I thought I'd pop on the first episode one day when I had nothing better to do. Imagine the ride I went on knowing nothing about what happens. There are people out there who could have that same experience some day.

I think the 80’s looking parts of the trailer, where they are in a cabin, are supposed to be a reference to Evil Dead. That’s the feeling I got from those parts of the trailer.
Yeah, I was thinking Evil Dead or Friday the 13th. Billy's outfit especially looks like something one of the campers in the Jason movies would have worn.
Plot twist, Wiccano is actually in control of everything, controlling Agatha to somehow help him save his mother.

I do not mean to “Out Nerd The Super Nerds” BUT….. fun fact. Miss Gultch, on the bike in the cyclone is NOT the Wicked Witch Of The West. She is in fact! (wait for it because I love this fact … it blows peoples minds….also HI!) she is In fact The Wicked Witch Of The East! How can you tell? She is wearing the ruby slippers as she peddles through the storm on the bike. When she transforms into the witch you can see it better. Next time you see those shoes, they are on her feet under the house.

The end where you mentioned the poltergeist reference I was totally getting Evil Dead vibes with what looks like a cabin in the woods type vibe going on.
you, me, everybody; what I find also odd is that the trailer almost literally says they venture along the witches' road to get to these places that are all different horror cliches, so why would anybody assume that the glass cuts are before they go down the witche's road?

I thought that the opening was also a reference to the Hannibal series, which had similar scenes and that show also started as a standard crime procedural before escalating into something more surreal, visceral, and nightmarish. Just as Will sees Hannibal for therapy, and Hannibal tries to manipulate Will, I could see Aubrey playing a similar part as the Shadow King/Lenny, she is trying to wake up Agatha while also using her for nefarious purposes.
I suspect that Agatha will have a fragment of Wanda inside or attached to her that is drawing in the other witches.
and I bet that fragment becomes Wiccan like an inverted version of the Mephisto story where he needs a body

@@jclebourdais10 Marvel had nothing to do with that movie and it was horrible. They turned Man-Thing into a generic monster villain with no connection to the MCU. Thank god Werewolf by Night gave us a true version of Man-Thing. Hopefully he shows up again soon because he's one of my favorite characters.

Aubrey Plaza's first marvel role is arguably one of her best roles she's ever taken on. Legion is so incredibly underrated and I wish it weren't being fully excluded from the MCU with everything coming into the fold. Such a missed opportunity and the best cast of any marvel show period.

Legion was so good! I miss it. Was also my introduction to Aubrey Plaza and she absolutely blew me away with a phenomenal performance as Lenny. More people need to watch it
