Yesterday after watching RUclips, I pressed power key to lock screen to go for little sleep at afternoon, after 1 hour,i saw my poco f1 mobile displaying MIUI screen, comes to home screen, then shows apps icons, a floating message shows "find device closed unexpectedly", then restarts automatically by MIUI screen, comes into home screen with locked screen, fastly restarting again with MIUI screen again...Google search for this problem, pressing power key+volume up key comes into Main Menu MI Recovery 3.0(background black screen) (I think this is Recovery mode) to choose reboot, wipe data , connect with Mi Assistant.
Nothing happens by selecting reboot, same restarting with poco logo screen, then MIUI logo screen, then comes wallpaper screen with locked screen, fastly goes black screen booting with MIUI screen,vagainncomes into home screen locked..no icons seen or loaded...goes blank screen...no booting...if I press continuously for seconds, booting with poco logo screen, then MIUI, then as usual same problem...please help me not to lose my data...why this happened?...
i think your mobile soft brick ..only one method to recover your mobile.[without data loss]
1: go to your mobile[volume down key +power key] your mobile enter to fast boot mode...
2: connect to your mobile windows pc using original mi cable..
3: install adb setup your windows pc..
4:go to start menu and type command prompt..
5:type fastboot ..some number show on your command prompt
6:and finally type fastboot space reboot[fastboot reboot]..
incase this method not working 😢😢😢....finally your mobile hard reset[complete erase your data]
@@techtalktamil9963 now my mobile works as normal without loss of my data as I didn't do anything... on same day(13th) and on next day (14th),sometimes I connected my poco f1 to desktop pc using usb data cable( same usb cable for charging too) to see any mobile folder to copy data, but nothing shown as this booting problem goes restarting fastly,...then disconnect..again after sometime later, in night time I connected to PC for charging and also trying to unlock fastly, whether icons loading or not...nothing happened...so I went to see bigg Boss Tamil season4 from 9:30-11p.m., then I came back at about 11:30pm to my PC to browse Google to find any other methods to save my data without wiping data to download Xiaomi software flash tool, any tricky method to see folders to copy data to computer...actually I don't anything about this mobile flash software as mobile experts do...just I want to find any other ways of information to work my mobile normal without wiping data... these worries in me since that booting problem occured on 13th and continued on next day night near midnight, then I looked my poco f1 mobile, I don't know what happened, how happened, my poco f1 is unlocked to see my icons mostly in home screen and also other installed apps icons is visible now...I felt now my mobile is working good to see my whatsapp chats, videos, texts are visible now as normal, no missing contacts, no missing chats...also saw my notes texts also good, no missing notes...
I think everything looks good..no files missing...so I went to delete some big videos of ding videos, one season videos, etc to have my mobile storage free atleast 10 GB free space...also connected again to my PC to see folders works good to see all..
That's all for now...then i see airtel thanks app, nothing logged in...it looks first time entry to log in with ur mobile number to see ur mobile account...everything fine...then I went to settings to " find my device" to "off", removed from mi account..
Finally I didn't restart my mobile, because of fear I don't want to feel my worries again..so far my mobile is working good without problem...while in problem of rebooting issue, I sent email to poco support, then reply came from them that I need to turn off this setting in "find my device", also told me not to uninstall airtel app for 2 weeks till this issue is fixed, then next told me to turn off in ultra battery saver, then also told me if any multiple mobile device connected in mi account, remove them all as poco support email told me...
I simply said in reply again to them, how can I do this without any icons visible and fastly restarts by MIUI screen...
On near midnight only(14th), my poco f1 looked normal again...
