this is so true! i’m a main and side base and anytime my stunt would fall either during practice, a full out, a comp i would think it was all my fault. sometimes it would be but if it was or wasn’t i literally couldn’t get over it for a week. (btw ik the name says mr i’m a girl using my dads yt acc HSJSJSJS)
I had a competition this weekend and my stunt fell and it was my whole groups fault but we tied for first and we hit 0 other than that so we would have one had that not happened. Not to mention I don’t think that we ever dropped that part once in practice ever.

Gabi big kudos for posting this even after you fell that like most cheer vloggers never post a vlog after they fall BUT I’m glad you did because you had the perfect attitude and are a role model for how to bounce back even after a rough day of comp!
For a thousand times it goes right, the one time hurts hard. You give it your all EVERY time! My daughter is on 2 teams and one is a team you coach. She had a stunt fall at Cheersport and was DEVASTATED! Each of you take it as a personal fault when all of you work so hard. Y’all are muddling through a pandemic which is hard enough to try to compete in! You’re an amazing athlete and coach. Thank you for vlogging! It helps all athletes to know even World Champs have bad moments. Not gonna lie, I also love finding my daughter in your vlogs. 🥳 You are followed by so many because you are an amazing athlete! OO will dominate next time (I don’t know NCA results yet!) and you keep shining bright!
i had a competition today.. you told me a lesson that if you fall it’s ok and you are fine you always have another time, thank you gabby you inspire me so much. 💗

The fact Gabi kept such a positive attitude about her stunt falling just goes to show how dedicated she is to cheer and that's why I love her sm!! When my stunt fell at my cheer comp I was devastated and watching Gabi who has cheered for like 20 yrs keeps a positive attitude inspires me to keep a positive attitude and worker harder and make sure that same mistake doesn't happen again!! ILY sm Gabi!!!

omg SAME cheersport was my worst comp in my 6 years. On day 1 all of our stunts fell and there was no energy. my stunt was the only one that stayed up. on day 2 they counted my stunts as a hit 0 but I wobbled a lot and was not proud of it. My coach was extremely suprised considering this DOES NOT happen often for my team. hopefully we do better at Canam

Sophia just uploaded her cheersport vlog and mentioned falling in her full - it seemed like everyone had a rough weekend. it's so important (and good!) to acknowledge your rough times, especially when so many people idolize you and see you guys as perfect - admitting your mistakes can help younger girls remember that you're totally human too and that you make mistakes (and that it is normal!) I respect your ability to acknowledge what was a difficult weekend for you.

so glad to see its getting back to normality on US side, UK is still locked down until june, just happy to see routines ongoing. As a tog its hard, as i am missing the events. Keep up the good work.
A lot of the country still has tons of restricts and stay at home orders, Florida never really locked down and aside from California they have some highest rates of COVID. Their governor is just being stupid and acting like COVID doesnt exist.
@@carolynbennett5102 I get you, UK has vaccinated or offered all adults 50yrs old and up, now going to next ages but its a long process, i think UK said June 21st for most lockdown rules, but this can change based on stats. I expect Christmas events to kick off ok, as there is no going back to lockdown after we open up this last time. So Q4 and then 2022 will be normality. I've had my vaccination, 2nd will be 12 weeks i think. I do look at this and think normality, but i wouldn't want this over cases, but there comes a point at which businesses and mental health suffer more than the infection, again though depends where you view this argument from, a hospital bed or a gym training to get back in.
P.S watching this makes me happy though, even a stunt fall, if you ask most teams here, it's is great, at least you got to run the routine. D00 are always spot on.

Oh this brings back memories from my all star cheer competition days! It was so different from the high school cheer squad experience. In HS there was no lipstick as a part of our look to perform but then in my senior year in all stars cheer it was like oh ok wow this all star cheer world is def a different beast. Could you do a video on the difference in the levels of all star cheer? Some of the limits on each level are clear in the routines but I wonder what the specifics are.
if you search it up you can find it out. Normally levels 1-2 is going to be at preps and extensions, and there’s not going to be lots of releasing. Between level 3-4 is tumbling and there can be more creativity in stunts. between 5-6 is pretty much release in stunts. You also have harder tumbling. Again you can find all of the specifics online 😉
