I try to work in one of my journals / Books of Light @ least 3-4 times a week, in between my various sewing projects! I lost my step-son on 1st Aug, what a date. He had been involved in a RTA on his motorbike on the 27th July. Bless him, he was only just turned 39, leaves 7 daughters. I have done many artworks for him since. They help me heal. My Mum passed after a short brutal battle with breast cancer too, in Nov 22. I have made many items for her too. Love to upcycle. love your channel, you are a breath of fresh air doll. Thank you. XXX
I am so grateful I found this video today. I'm having a lot of struggles for about a decade now. I'm an artist & love to journal. I have hundreds since childhood lol. But I am so stuck and I'm not use to getting stuck like this. And I no it's my emotions of so many recent very hard struggles, a lot of death of my closest loved ones & best friends. Today I knew I have to do something to get these stuck emotions out as I look at my very blank journal which I've been doing for days now. You truly helped me begin & break down that wall. My journals have turned into my best friend....because it'll never judge me. Thanx so much hun ❤

I love intuitive art journaling! I use collage and mixed media in mine. I'm always amazed at the end results when I just let it go where it wants. Wonderful video, thank you for sharing your beautiful creativity.❤
